  Nice clean room and bathroom, everyday cleaning and fresh towels. The hotel position is 10min from Bull Ring mall, New Street, MailBox mall, Canals Street, Chinatown etc. Finally the personal was kind, always with smile and helpful. Special thanks to Lisa.

  Great location for central Birmingham. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent with great choice. Staff are friendly and available all night. Totally recommend here.

  Overall a good experience during my time. I would have liked more channels or access to YouTube on the TV. Also maybe a greater selection of breakfast options for example they only offered scrambled eggs. I would have liked to have some choice with this.

  Our go to hotel in Birmingham if we are at an event in the centre. Easy location, onsite parking (or nearby if you miss out), conveniently located to mailbox etc staff are always friendly, chilled out and non pompous at check in. Didn’t have breakfast this time but we have in the past and it’s very good and well priced. Highly recommend this place and usually some good prices on offer.

  Really comfortable budget hotel near to Birmingham city centre. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Got no road noise from outside. Nice to have a room where the thermostat actually works, and works well 😁 It does feel like it's in a less than salubrious area, though seemed safe enough. Very close to the O2, so excellent if you are staying overnight after a gig. Staff were polite. Rates reasonable for my stay.
